‘Mickey Moonbeams Fantastical Teynham Brewery’

Well chums, remember today’s date 24th Sepetember 2014.It’s going to be the start of an awfully big adventure because Mickey Moonbeams Fantastical Teynham Brewery starts production of absolutely spiffing, quaffing ales. Huzzzzzah!

I think today I shall mostly be brewing an American I.P.A heavily hopped with fragrant Simcoe, Centennial and Chinock American hops and……..well actually to be honest it’s a brew kit from the local homebrew shop, Faversham Homebrew . Well you have to start somewhere.

Here’s some pics o’ me gear.

Will post some more pics later. Well off now to sterilise the Fermentation Vessel, that’s what us brewers call a plastic bucket but hey-ho got to learn the language if I want to run with the big boys. I can see it now – today Leysdown Boot Fair, tomorrow a multi-million pound contract with Tesco’s. 🙂

About Mick Gall
