Well anyway, being new things are a bit basic at the moment, so here’s what I’ve got.
The mashing, lautering, sparging, fermenting and conditioning area.
The boiling area.
The brewhouse store room, note the strict hygiene regime.
The water source – the purest Teynham tap water.
There are expansion plans in the pipeline of course such as an artisan well, got a few planning permission issues there though – mainly the beloved Cheryl won’t let me dig a deep hole out in the back garden but hey ho never say never.
